I'm not just coaching from a textbook-I'm living the journey myself. My approach is judgement free. I meet you where you are-because I've been there too. The initial phone call is key to get to know their history, needs and goals. I do daily check-ins through text or email and at least one weekly personal phone conversation as follow up. I have my own personal weight loss tips that really work! I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
